Race swag is determined by each event. Please visit the specific event page to see what swag will be available.
Yes, All finishers receive a custom race medal.
Overall male and female for each race will receive an award along with top 3 in each age group.

Overall Male and female are first to cross the finish line. Age groups are by chip time.

There is no official awards ceremony. You can check your results when you finish and if you placed you can come and pick up your award from the awards table.
If you did not get your award on race day we can mail it to you for the cost of the shipping.
You are allowed to change races at any time, as long as there is open availability. If you know before race day, you can email the race director at hello@runningventure.com to switch your race entry. If you show up on race day, you can change races at the registration table. There is no fee transfer for changing races, you will stay charged the same amount as when you signed up.
Strollers are welcome on the course for all events. However, some courses may have more difficult terrain so please review the course maps to understand if they will be suitable for your stroller.
The race course and park are still open to the public, so please be courteous to other runners/bikers who may be using the path and road.
Your race registration goes to supporting local community and athletic groups/ teams.

We couldn’t do this without our amazing volunteers! We welcome individuals and community groups to come out and volunteer! It’s a great way to give back and be a part of the event!
Volunteers can earn free races or donations back to their local groups/ non-profits.

All event entries are non-refundable. This policy, which is standard in the endurance sports industry, is necessary to cover costs incurred well in advance of the event, including permits, logistics, and staffing.
If you are unable to attend the race but would still like to receive your swag, we are happy to mail it to you!
Please notify us at least 7 days before the event if you cannot make it. If you let us know in time, we’ll gladly ship your items to you for just the cost of shipping.
