RACE COURSE AND SCHEDule

The Place to be

Lettuce Run

All races start and finish at Meadowlark pavilion and take place on a paved path. There will be 2 water stations on the course. The first water station will be at the 5K turnaround (mile 1.5). The 8 mile course will pass water stations at mile 1.5, 3, 4.5, and 6.5.

Packet Pick-Up: 7am at Meadowlark Pavilion
Race Start:

  • 8am 5K and 8 mile
  • 9:30 am Kids Run

RACE SWAG

Each registered participant will receive: A custom shirt, A finisher award, and Refreshments.

Awards for top male and female in each event along with top 3 in each age group.

You are allowed to change races at any time, as long as there is open availability. If you know before race day, you can email the race director at hello@runningventure.com  to switch your race entry. If you show up on race day, you can change races at the registration table. There is no fee transfer for changing races, you will stay charged the same amount as when you signed up.

Parking, bathrooms, water, registration, packet-pickup,  is located near the start line. 

The packet pick-up will take place on race day at Meadowlark Pavilion starting at 7am.

The event takes place at Indian Spring Metropark. A Metropark sticker is required for entry and can be purchased on race morning if you don’t have one. 

The race  course and park are still open to the public, so please be courteous to other runners/bikers who may be using the path.  There are also trash cans by the water station and located throughout the course, so please be kind to nature and keep trash until it can be disposed of in the trash cans.  

Your race registration goes to supporting local community and athletic groups/ teams.
