Milford Fireckracker 5K & 10K & 1 Mile

Celebrate the 4th with a 5K or 10k run/walk before the Milford 4th of July parade or a 1 mile fun run (untimed). Races start at Milford Central Park and then run onto the Milford Trail and back to finish at Central Park. Come for the run and then stay for the Parade.

After the race say downtown Milford to enjoy the Milford 4th of July Parade.

  • 8am 5K and 10K run/walk
  • 9:30 am 1 mile fun run (untimed)

RACE SWAG

Each registered participant will receive: A custom shirt, A finisher award, and Refreshments.

Awards for top male and female in each event along with top 3 in each age group.

You are allowed to change races at any time, as long as there is open availability. If you know before race day, you can email the race director at hello@runningventure.com  to switch your race entry. If you show up on race day, you can change races at the registration table. There is no fee transfer for changing races, you will stay charged the same amount as when you signed up.

Parking, bathrooms, water, registration, packet-pickup,  is located near the start line. 

Yes, all participants need to be off the course before 10:45 for the parade at 11am

Race day packet pick up will start at 7am 

Parking is available at the YMCA in Milford. Please park in the spots near the pavilion. 

The race  course and park are still open to the public, so please be courteous to other runners/bikers who may be using the path.  There are also trash cans by the water station and located throughout the course, so please be kind to nature and keep trash until it can be disposed of in the trash cans.  

Your race registration goes to supporting local community and athletic groups/ teams.
